We are providing an important update regarding two products in the Aspect Sun Physical Sun Protection range that were previously available from Skin Street (formerly Clear Skin House).
WHAT IS HAPPENING
AST (the parent company of Aspect and Aspect Sun) has been investigating the SPF ratings of two products. Preliminary independent test results suggest the labelled SPF rating may not be met.As a result, AST has initiated a recall of:
- Aspect Sun Physical Sun Protection SPF 50+
- Aspect Sun Tinted Physical SPF 50+
No other Aspect Sun products are affected.All other items in the range remain safe and available for sale.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
- Stop using the affected product(s) immediately.
- Dispose of the product(s).(You do NOT need to return them.)
A lower-than-labelled SPF may increase the risk of sunburn and reduce the long-term effectiveness in preventing skin damage.
REFUNDS FOR AFFECTED CUSTOMERS
If you purchased either of the above products from Skin Street, you are eligible for a full refund via instant bank transfer.To arrange your refund, please contact us with:
