The Smooth & Soothe Clinical Facial system combines advanced exfoliation with intensive hydration in a simple two-step process. The Tri-Active Exfoliating Masque first uses a blend of physical, enzymatic, and chemical exfoliants — such as cellulose beads, papaya and pineapple enzymes, and salicylic acid — to dissolve dead skin cells, smooth texture, and increase circulation for an instant glow. Once the skin is refined, the Hydra-Intensive Cooling Masque floods it with soothing botanicals and humectants, including hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and green tea, to calm, cool, and deeply hydrate, restoring balance and radiance.

How To Use It

Here’s a general usage guide based on the manufacturer’s instructions and typical usage. (Always follow the instructions on the specific packaging you buy.)

1. Cleanse skin thoroughly.

2. Step 1 – Tri-Active Exfoliating Masque:

• Use approximately once a week (or as directed).  
• Moisten face with water, then apply a thin, even layer of the masque.
• Gently massage in circular motions (to activate the enzymes/physical exfoliation).
• Leave on for up to 5 minutes to allow the exfoliating enzymes/actives to work. A mild warming sensation is normal (due to increased micro-circulation) but if you feel discomfort, rinse.  
• Rinse thoroughly with cool/lukewarm water and pat dry.

3. Step 2 – Hydra-Intensive Cooling Masque:

• After cleansing (or after the first masque), apply an even layer of this masque over the face and neck.  
• Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Depending on preference/skin need, some sources suggest you can rinse off, or for deeper hydration, you may leave it on (especially if the skin is dehydrated).  
• After the mask is done, proceed with your usual serum/moisturiser/sunscreen routine if it’s daytime.

Frequency:

Exfoliating masque once a week (or less often if skin is sensitive).

Cooling/hydrating masque could be used 2-3 times a week (or on days when skin feels particularly stressed/dehydrated) depending on skin’s need.
